Celebration at
Conor O'Neills Pub
Sunday, October 24th, 1999

From out of the woodwork musicians descended on Conor O'Neills to honor and celebrate the Grupaí Cheoil musicians who did so well in this year's All-Ireland competitions. As if the musicians NEEDED a reason to get together for a few tunes! It was a great night with friends up from South Bend, Indiana and from all over. Here are a few pictures of the night.

There were many more musicians and wellwishers at the event than these few pictures indicate.

I want to thank everyone who came together and gave the young musicians and myself the encouragement and support to succeed. We missed you Tyler! I had to sit in and pretend I knew how to play the set.

The pictures will take a while to load so relax and go have a few tunes yourself. Thanks to the Murray's at Conor O'Neills for providing the great venue (and pints).

Go raith maith agat,
Terence McKinney
